Alfredo Zimbrón has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 20 years with tier one suppliers and 14 years with Audi México. He leads in house logistics, overseeing internal transport, warehousing, supermarket systems and the implementation of enabling technologies across the plant. He is responsible for operational improvements such as cost optimization, process standardization and cross regional alignment with European colleagues. Alfredo’s background includes international assignments and leadership roles in operations, production, quality and plant management.
