Carolin Fichtner leads inbound series optimization at Audi México, overseeing scheduling, material-flow, logistics capacity and container management and sustainable transport for series production, CKD and genuine-parts operations. She leads transport network planning, carrier management and the implementation of standards and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and sustainability across inbound logistics.  

Carolin has built her career within AUDI AG and Audi México, with extensive experience in transport planning, freight analysis, supply chain strategy, supply chain sustainability, order-to-delivery steering and logistics transformation across Germany and Mexico. She played a central role in Audi México’s launch between 2016-18, helping establish and optimize transport networks, material flows and plant logistics processes. She holds a B.Sc. in Global Business Management from the University of Augsburg.
