Gala Tercero is Director, Legal Counsel – Mexico at Magna International, with more than 17 years of experience in corporate law and extensive expertise in the automotive industry.

In her current role, Gala provides strategic legal counsel to Magna’s operations in Mexico, with a strong focus on cross-border transactions and international legal matters. Her experience includes navigating complex multinational business environments, supporting international operations, and providing legal guidance that enables business continuity, risk management, and effective collaboration across borders.

Gala holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad de Monterrey, complemented by studies in Corporate Innovation at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
