Mauricio Ugalde leads physical logistics at BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí, where he is responsible for all in-plant logistics operations across all production technologies, including assembly, body shop, high-voltage battery assembly, non-series material warehouses, and semi-knock down (SKD) operations. He works closely with logistics service providers to ensure production stability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the plant. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Mauricio Ugalde has held leadership positions in logistics, production, and indirect purchasing. Throughout his career, he has led operational transformation initiatives, optimised complex manufacturing and logistics processes, and developed high-performing teams that strengthen supply chain performance and manufacturing competitiveness.
