René Guzmán is Deputy Director of Finished Vehicle Logistics at Nissan Mexicana, where he oversees all vehicle operations, including domestic distribution, imports, and exports. He has been a member of Nissan Mexicana’s logistics organization for more than 13 years, building extensive expertise across the automotive supply chain.

Throughout his career with Nissan, René has held a range of logistics leadership roles, beginning in inbound logistics before transitioning to finished vehicle logistics. His experience spans vehicle processing, port operations, maritime logistics (both deep-sea and short-sea shipping), carrier management, logistics planning and capacity planning across road, rail, and RORO transport networks.

René holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de León.
