Victor Salazar is the Chief Operation Officer at Trayecto, with over 35 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully formed, developed, and led highly efficient teams, achieving significant sales growth through diversification and consolidation of services, as well as optimisation of operations. 

Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Administration from the UANL, with a specialisation in Project Management, and has completed various diploma courses in strategic planning. He recognises the importance of continuing education and is committed to it, which is why in June 2024 he graduated with a Master's Degree in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Denver. This constant pursuit of knowledge highlights his dedication to staying up to date with the latest trends and best organisational practices. 

Before taking up his current position, Victor worked in the General Management of ALA Transportes for more than ten years. His previous experience in the areas of Maintenance, Traffic, Operations and Road Operator has given him a sensitivity and clear vision of the interdependence of the different areas of the company and the critical importance of the operator's role in providing high-quality service to customers. 

Outside of his professional life, Salazar finds inspiration and passion in his faith, family, and friends. His connection to the land and engines, reflected in his love of driving tractors and motorcycles, accentuates his passionate nature and willingness to embrace new challenges.
