Evelin Nava Castaldi is a seasoned executive with over 26 years of experience in the automotive industry, specialized in supply chain, supplier quality, and purchasing. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from La Salle University and an MBA from ITAM. In May 2021, Evelin was appointed Head of Purchasing and Supplier Quality for Stellantis Mexico, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance supplier performance and drive cost efficiency. 

Throughout her career, Evelin has successfully led the launch of new vehicle programs and played a pivotal role in expanding Mexico’s supply base. Her leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex challenges, including tariff-related disruptions, while fostering collaboration and innovation across global teams. 

Recognized for her ability to manage large, cross-functional teams and mentor emerging talent, Evelin is passionate about Stellantis vehicles and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. She holds a Green Belt certification in problem solving and is a graduate of the Stellantis Leadership Program in collaboration with IPADE, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement and leadership excellence.
