Gabriela Karthe is the responsible for the Production Order Control Management at Volkswagen de México since March 2025. In this role, she leads the scheduling of production orders, ensures compliance of the production processes, resource management, monitors key performance indicators of vehicle production and leads communication between production and logistics to ensure efficiency 
and visibility across all the production chain.
 

She began her career at Volkswagen de México in 2006, acquired skills across various areas related to logistics, and supply chain management; Gabriela has gained extensive experience in maritime and rail transport planning, as well as in coordinating outbound operational teams for export-import, and national distribution of finished vehicles.
 

Key projects include the coordination with Audi México of the launch of their vehicle export logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, control, and compliance during this stage of the business, and She has led the planning and implementation of the Outbound Control Tower at VW de México, a strategic project that consolidates operational visibility and control, enhancing efficiency, responsiveness, and the company’s global competitiveness.
 

Gabriela Karthe studied business administration with a specialty in supply chains at University Madero, Puebla, and holds certifications in thinking skills development and logistics audit certification from the University of the Americas, Puebla.
