Magdalena Pongratz is a specialist in the Inbound Planning department of Volkswagen Mexico since 
September 2023. Originally based at the Audi AG Headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany, she has over 
10 years of experience as a specialist in the Network Planning department for International Supply 
Chain. Key projects include the Tendering and Implementation of a CKD Packaging Center in 
Martorell, Spain and structuring the CKD-Network of Audi AG in Europe. With the opportunity to 
relocate to Volkswagen Mexico, she became responsible for restructuring the NAR-Inbound 
transportation network for the Volkswagen Mexico plants in Puebla and Silao, Mexico. Currently, 
Magdalena is developing the Inbound Concept for overseas parts suppliers for the new Golf-Project 
relocating to Volkswagen Mexico from Germany. Magdalena holds a master's degree in Logistics at 
the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten , Germany.
