Hector Martinez is an accomplished professional with a robust background in both the insurance and logistics sectors. He studied Actuarial Science at Universidad Autónoma de México. 

Hector began his career in the insurance industry, working at the Ministry of Hacienda and various insurance companies. His transition to logistics started 19 years ago when he joined Ferromex. At Ferromex, he contributed significantly to the interlineal rates team, the Commercial Team’s Statistics Team, the Auto Sales Team, and the Marketing Team. 

Hector’s journey in the automotive industry continued with FCA, where he served as an Inbound Buyer. He later joined Honda de Mexico, initially as an Export Sales Manager, and subsequently took on the role of Finished Product Logistics Manager. Currently, Hector is the Export Sales and CBU Logistics Department Head at Honda de Mexico. 

In his current role, Hector oversees all export sales of Mexico’s production to countries including the US, Canada, Brazil, Japan, and other South American nations. Additionally, he leads the logistics operations for both export and domestic shipments of automobiles, motorcycles, and power products.
