Roxana is a high-forming business leader with a passion for collaboration, developing and implementing high-value and smart logistical solutions. Since joining BMW in 2023, she has been responsible for inbound transport control and returnable container management, leading on sea, air and land freight and provider management for BMW San Luis Potosí’s inbound logistics, as well as returnable packaging logistics for BMW SLP and Spartanburg plants. Prior to joining BMW, Roxana held material planning and supplier management roles at Ford Motor Company before joining Schnellecke Logistics where she spent 11 years managing and leading operations and logistics for customers including Ford, General Motors and BMW. Roxana graduated as an Industrial Engineer from Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo.
