Victor Salazar currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer for Trayecto. With a career of more than 35 years in the Transportation and Logistics industry, in this trajectory, he has formed, developed, and directed high-efficiency teams, achieved significant growth in sales through diversification and consolidation of services, as well as optimization of operations.  

Before occupying the International Commercial Directorate of Trayecto, he served as CEO of ALA Transportes for more than ten years. His previous experience in Maintenance, Traffic, Operations, and Long-haul Driver has allowed him to be sensitive to and better understand the interdependence of the different areas in the company and the critical importance of the driver's role in providing quality service to customers.  

Victor Salazar, a graduate from UANL with a career in L.I.A. and a specialization in Project Management, has always recognized the importance of education. His commitment to continuing education, including a Master's Degree in Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Denver in June 2024, highlights his dedication to staying up-to-date on the latest trends and organizational best practices.  

Victor Salazar's passionate nature and his willingness to embrace new challenges are evident in his personal interests. His love for riding tractors and motorcycles, and his connection to the land and the engine, reflect his authentic passions.
